Grandma and Grandpa Sperry got to sit with the boys also.
One of the few notes Zeak has ever brought home was the note about Grandparents Day. Mona Elementary was inviting all grandparents to come to lunch with their grand kids. Zeak was so excited and immediately called grandma Barnhurst and invited her to come. My mom was so supportive and made arrangements to come up and enjoy lunch with Zeak and Jake. They sat with Grandma and Grandpa Sperry, Taylei, and Keanna. The menu choices were Hawaiian Hay Stacks or Sloppy Joe. Grandma and Jake choice Hawaiian Hay stacks while Zeak chose Sloppy Joes. Grandma said that the boys ate as normal. Zeak eats his and then tries to eat everyone's rolls and cookies around him. Jake eats all the fruits and veggies and then picks at the main coarse until the bell rings and he gets to go. Thanks Mona Elementary for honoring our grandparents. What a fun memory.
